2. Services Offered
The Tuition Box provides online one-on-one tutoring sessions for various subjects. All sessions are scheduled through our platform, and details will be confirmed upon booking.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Payment methods accepted include [list accepted payment methods]. Once processed, a team member will contact you to confirm scheduling and provide login details.
4. Session Policies
- Sessions are strictly one-on-one.
- Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to tutor availability.
- No refunds are offered after booking confirmation.
- No-shows without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated unless there are exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
- Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours unless under exceptional circumstances.
6. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.
- To avoid disruption, please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.
7. Privacy and Data Security
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties outside of our necessary service operations.
- Your personal information and session details will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you.
