Welcome to The Tuition Box. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking sessions or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you have read and understood them.

2. Services Offered

The Tuition Box provides in-person GCSE Maths and English group sessions, including single sessions, structured booster programmes, and free homework and study support sessions.
All sessions take place at Chaul End Community Centre, Luton, unless stated otherwise.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation via our website.
  • Once booked, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a suitable day and time.
  • Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Session Policies

  • Sessions are delivered in small group settings, organised by ability and school set where possible.
  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time and behave respectfully.
  • The Tuition Box reserves the right to remove a student from a session if behaviour is deemed disruptive.

5. Booster Programme Policy

  • Booster programmes consist of a fixed number of sessions (e.g. 6-week programme).
  • Sessions are booked in advance and run on a fixed weekly schedule.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Single sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
  • Booster programme sessions cannot be rescheduled once booked.
  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations or missed sessions unless under exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

7. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

8. Free Homework & Study Support

  • Free homework sessions are offered as part of our commitment to supporting the local community.
  • Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.
  • These sessions are intended to support students alongside their regular learning and may be subject to availability and capacity limits.

9. Privacy and Data Security

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy.
  • Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of necessary service operations.
  • Information is stored securely and used only to deliver our services and communicate with you.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
  • Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Tuition Box is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session(s).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
